How it Works:
- When your car enters the Excel car park, your two-hour free parking period begins.
- After you’ve parked up, then proceed to enter your REG number into the white tablet located inside our building to validate your free parking.
Important Points to Note:
- Unfortunately, we have been unable to continue our agreement with NCP Parking. Therefore, if you choose to park in their car park, standard parking fees will apply, payable at their machines or app.
- Jumpin Fun holds no liability for incorrect information entered into the tablet/computer. Please double-check your REG number.
- If you’ve already paid for parking at an outside machine or on your phone, that transaction is separate from our offer. Unfortunately, we cannot refund those payments.
- Jumpin Fun cannot be held responsible or liable for any fines issued if customers exceed the permitted 2-hour parking duration and fail to pay for additional time directly.
- Jumpin Fun does not own the car park. We are not responsible if you receive any tickets or fines from Excel Parking. You will need to contact the parking company directly with any complaints or problems.
- The two-hour free parking is exclusive to Jumpin Fun guests. If you require additional time, you will need to pay for extra hours directly at the car park’s machines.
