1. GENERAL ISSUES

a. These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of the Jumpin Experience (the ‘Activities”) and any ancillary products at the location set out in Jumpin’s booking confirmation.

b. These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information concerning participation by you and members of your party and, accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions.

c. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before making a Booking on Our Site. Please note that before making a Booking you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to make a Booking on Our Site.

d. No variation to these Booking Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Jumpin.

e. Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any booking confirmation or other documentation issued by Jumpin (including any electronic documentation) shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Jumpin. Jumpin’ reserves the right to make changes to the Activities whether to conform with any applicable safety or other statutory requirements or otherwise.

2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

a. No booking shall be deemed to have been accepted unless accepted in writing by Jumpin’ (which shall include Jumpin’s email confirmation of booking).

b. These Booking Terms and Conditions incorporate Jumpin Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

c. You must advise Jumpin as soon as possible of any mistake in Jumpin booking confirmation. Jumpin shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that you and your party’s participation commences at the time booked and it shall be the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the Activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

3. SAFETY

a. The Activities comprise a challenging physical activities and participation is not without risk as a fall could be fatal. All participants will receive a safety brief.

b. Jumpin reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities or to remove a participant from the Activities should it deem it necessary to do so. This includes a participant who does not comply with the safety rules and advice and the safety system or who is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

c. After the safety briefing participants will not be directly supervised by an instructor.

d. All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and must weigh less than 21 stones/133kg.

If you have any concerns, we advise that you visit the site at a time prior to your booking and speak to a member of the Jumpin staff. Anyone who does not meet these requirements will not be allowed to undertake the Activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party meet these requirements.

All participants aged 4 and under* must be accompanied by a participating person aged 18 or above. Prices are on a per person basis and are not depending on age.

e. All participants are required to wear socks for grip and hygiene.

f. The Activities are physically demanding and require a degree of agility, strength and stamina. Participants are advised to jump within their ability – only the individual knows or understands their own limits and competencies. If you are unsure of whether you can complete a manoeuvre, you should not attempt it If participants have medical concerns they are advised to consult their doctor in advance. Participants will be required to certify that they do not suffer from any medical condition which would make it more likely that they would be involved in any incident which could result in injury to themselves or others. Due to the physical nature of the Activities pregnant women are unable to take part due to the risks to them and to their unborn child.

g. Participants need to be able to see similar distances to those required to drive a car in order to be able to complete the activity and to supervise any under 18’s in their care. Consequently, short or long sighted participants must ensure that they wear contact lenses or prescribed glasses.

h. All participants are required to act responsibly and courteously at all times and to respect other participants. Jumpin shall be entitled to prevent any person from undertaking or completing the Activities in the event it deems the behaviour of any participant unsuitable.

i. Participants must be dressed appropriately (see clause 4) and Jump Inc reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities to any participant who is not appropriately dressed.

j. No refunds or compensation will be payable by Jumpin in the event that any participant is not permitted to, or decides not to, undertake or complete the Activities for the reasons set out in this clause.

k. All participants age 14 and under must be accompanied in our parks by an adult (18+) for the duration of their visit. The adult does not have to take part in activities but must be present in the building, unless the participant is aged 4 or under, in which case the adult must be a paying participant and supervise the age 4 or under on the inflatable.

4. CLOTHING

a. It shall be the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed appropriately and Jumpin advises participants to wear clothing appropriate for the activity and which they do not mind getting damaged. The following restrictions shall apply:

i. Participants must wear socks for grip and hygiene

ii. Long hair must be tied back

iii. No belts, jewellery or other sharp items of clothing that may cause damage to yourself, the equipment or other participants.

b. Jumpin will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of clothing or other personal items of persons resulting from participation in the Activities.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

a. Subject to any terms agreed in writing between Jumpin and you, our charges shall be calculated at our current rates and payment in full shall be due at the time of booking. The charges include the cost of purchasing the Activities. Payment may be made by debit or credit card either on line or by contacting the booking line on our website.

b. Online discounts may be introduced at certain times of year. These will be at Jumpin’s discretion. We regret that tickets purchased prior to release of an offer or after an offer has expired cannot be refunded or reduced regardless of the date of visit or time of purchase

c. All Jumpin party bookings must be secured by a 50% of the full price deposit payment. The remaining party balance must be paid in full a minimum of 14 days in advance of a party and any amendments including requesting a cancellation to Jumpin  party booking must be made 14 days prior to the date of the booking including amending guest numbers, food choice options and times.

d. To secure your private hire booking, a 25% payment is required at the time of reservation. A 50% payment is due six weeks before the private hire, and full payment is required 30 days prior to the event. Please note that the final payments are non-refundable but transferable.

6. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND AMENDMENTS

a. You shall be entitled to cancel your bounce session booking (this does not include parties) subject to Jumpin receiving your request for cancellation at least 14 days before the booked start time. Any requests for cancellation must be made by emailing the Park directly. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause. Should you wish to amend or change your booking a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

b. Jumpin shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event that Jumpin has to cancel your booking it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation under this clause Jumpin may refund your booking either wholly or in part or will transfer your booking to another date but no other compensation shall be payable.

c. In the event that it proves necessary to close the Activities for reasons beyond the control of Jumpin, Jumpin may, but shall not be obliged to, offer alternative dates or times at which to undertake your booking, in these circumstances refunds will not be issued. In circumstances where your party has commenced participation in the Activities, you shall not be entitled to any refund (in part or in whole).

d. In the event of localised lockdown enforced by government, Jumpin may, but shall not be obliged to, offer alternative dates or times at which to undertake your booking (inc party and group bookings), in these circumstances refunds will not be issued. In circumstances where your party has commenced participation in the Activities, you shall not be entitled to any refund (in part or in whole).

e. Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card or, if the card has subsequently expired, by cheque. Payments made by Gift Voucher will be refunded by the issuing of a replacement Gift Voucher to the same value.

f. Where multiple forms of payment are used, Jumpin reserves the right to refund any monies due on a refund or amendment by credit.

g. Party booking deposits are non-refundable or transferable. No refunds either partial or full will be provided within 21 days of the party.

7. LIABILITIES

a. Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions Jumpin shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to any person arising from the booking of or participation in the Activities.

b. Parking facilities are available at the site, and any vehicles are left at the owners’ risk and subject to any conditions and the payment of any fees as may be required by the provider of such facilities at the site location.

c. Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions any liability of Jumpin shall be limited to the refund of any charges paid to Jumpin.

d. Nothing contained in these Booking Terms and Conditions is intended to nor shall limit the liability of Jumpin in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Jumpin’ or of its employees, agents or contractors.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

a. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal invalid or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

b. Nothing above shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any of these Booking Terms and Conditions.

c. These Booking Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and Jumpin’ and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

d. In the event that a child/adult is sick on the premises, we retain the right, at the discretion of our managers, to ask you to leave.

e. Jumpin Fun holds no responsibility for any damage or loss of personal clothing while on the inflatable.

f. For the safety and comfort of all visitors, dogs are not allowed inside the park premises. We understand that pets are part of the family, but to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home.

9. SECURE PAYMENT

Jumpin’s payment options use advanced SSL encryption to keep your transaction secure and do not cost you anything to use (Jumpin is charged as the seller, you are not charged as the buyer) so you will not pay any extra for your order. You do not need to hold an account with these Merchants to use these methods of payments.

10. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The details you give us are essential for the processing. By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you. Communicating false information is contrary to the present general Terms and Conditions.

You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you, in accordance with European texts and national laws in place (article 34 of the law of 6 January 1978). You can at any time make a request to Jumpin to find out what personal information we hold concerning you. You may at any time, and by request, modify this information.

Cookies record certain information stored on your hard drive. This information enables us to generate statistics based on data from visitors to our site and suggest products that might interest you according to the items that you selected when you previously visited the site. Cookies do not contain any confidential information about you.

11. INTELLECTUAL OWNERSHIP

All the content on Jumpin website (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of Jumpin. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorisation by Jumpin. All information, content and files are protected by International law concerning intellectual ownership and copyright. Jumpin cannot give you the right to copy, display or distribute content that you do not have the intellectual rights to. All fraudulent use of this content that violates the rights held by a third party constitutes an offence of forgery, which is severely punished under the Intellectual Property Code.

Jumpin will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible if a user violates rights held by a third party through his activities on the site.

12. WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

Any failure of Jumpin to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Jumpin, and governs your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

13. FEEDBACK & COMMENTS

Any opinions left on the Website by Jumpin customers are screened and moderated by Jumpin. If the comments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentary…), Jumpin’ reserves the right to refuse or modify it.
