Q.Are you Open?

We are currently closed and will continue to operate within the government guidelines to protect our staff and customers. We closed our doors on Friday 20 th March and will remain closed until we are advised it is safe to re open. We have donated all of our food supplies to local food banks and care homes.

Q.What do I do about my existing booking?

Don’t worry, one of our team will contact you if you have a booking before 1 May 2020 and either reschedule the booking for you or cancel it and apply a credit to your account to be used at a later date. We know people are busy and these times are more than a little unknown and you may not know exactly when you want to rebook for.

Q.When will you reopen?

We will act upon advice from the government on when it will be safe to open, we will let you know via Facebook updates as and when we have them.

Q.Can I change my booking?

Of course. Please email us (hello@jumpinfun.co.uk) and we will happily move your booking or apply a credit to your account to be used at a later date.

Q.Can I book now for later in the year?

We have closed all of our general bookings, but have left open our party bookings for later in the year, as we know these things need advance planning, and we would hate for you to not get your chosen date.

Q.I have a party booked, what will happen to my booking?

If you have a party booked during this time, we will move your booking for you to a date of your choice up to the end of the year.

Q.How can I contact you?

With the current situation, we are asking our team to work from home and are therefore not currently manning the phones, we are answering emails and Facebook posts. Please email us –

Q.I have a voucher/pass will you honour it?

Yes of course, we are extending the expiry by 6 months, giving you a full 12 months to use your voucher or pass from the day of purchase.
