Jumpin Rules

Jumpin Fun’s number one priority is for all our guests to have fun in a safe environment. Please follow these rules to help everyone enjoy their visit safely.

Be respectful of other guests and our team members at all times.
Please wear suitable clothing for the activities you’re taking part in.
Closed-toe shoes must be worn for climbing and bowling, and socks must be worn in the soft play area.
Remove jewellery, empty your pockets and secure loose items before taking part in any activities.
No food, drinks or chewing gum are permitted on the activity areas.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate.
Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult while visiting Jumpin Fun.
If you or your child are feeling unwell or have been sick recently, please do not participate in activities.

GENERAL SAFETY

Participation in all activities is at your own risk.
You must watch or receive the relevant safety briefing before using any attraction.
Only use equipment as intended.
Do not attempt any activity beyond your own ability.
No running anywhere within the venue.
Keep walkways and exits clear at all times.
Our team’s decision is final regarding safety matters.

SOFT PLAY RULES

Children using the soft play must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Please ensure children use equipment appropriate for their age and ability.
Climb only on designated play features.
Slides should always be used feet first.
No pushing, rough play or climbing on safety netting.
Do not take food, drinks, toys or sharp objects into the soft play area.

CLIMBING WALL RULES

All climbers must complete the safety briefing before climbing.
Once you have been shown how to correctly use the auto-belay system and clip yourself in, you are responsible for ensuring you are correctly clipped onto every climbing wall before each climb.
Always check your harness and attachment before leaving the ground.
Only one climber is permitted on each climbing lane at a time.
Never climb unless you are correctly attached to the auto-belay.
Descend by lowering yourself using the auto-belay system—do not jump from the wall.
Climb only within your own ability and do not attempt unsafe manoeuvres.
Follow all instructions from the climbing supervisors at all times.

BOWLING RULES

Wear appropriate footwear while bowling.
Wait until the lane is clear before taking your turn.
Only one person should bowl at a time.
Do not cross the foul line onto the lane surface.
Bowling balls should only be rolled down the lane—never thrown.
Return bowling balls carefully to the ball return and keep fingers clear while balls are returning.
Children should be supervised by an adult while using the bowling lanes.
Treat equipment with care and respect other bowlers.
