Bookings will only be refunded when 14 days\u2019 notice is given. You must call us direct or email us to modify or cancel a booking.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/details><details class=\"faqs_item\">\n                <summary class=\"faqs_item_question\">Do you have wheelchair access?<\/summary>\n                <div class=\"faqs_item_answer\"><p>We have lift to the caf\u00e9 and viewing area from the ground floor. It is located just next to our reception area<\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/details><details class=\"faqs_item\">\n                <summary class=\"faqs_item_question\">Can I bring my own food?<\/summary>\n                <div class=\"faqs_item_answer\"><p>No. Due to health and safety rules in catering we do not allow any food or drinks from outside onto the premises.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/details><details class=\"faqs_item\">\n                <summary class=\"faqs_item_question\">Do you have lockers?<\/summary>\n                <div class=\"faqs_item_answer\"><p>Lockers are available. These require \u00a31 to use (but this is returned to you once you are finished using it).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/details><details class=\"faqs_item\">\n                <summary class=\"faqs_item_question\">Must I sign a waiver?<\/summary>\n                <div class=\"faqs_item_answer\"><p>Yes. Everyone must sign a waiver before entering and bouncing at Jumpin. If you are under the age of 18 this must be completed by a parent or guardian. Once a waiver is completed it lasts for 12 months. We strongly recommend you complete a waiver before arrival.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/details><details class=\"faqs_item\">\n                <summary class=\"faqs_item_question\">What happens if I\u2019m late?<\/summary>\n                <div class=\"faqs_item_answer\"><p>If you are late you will lose your booked slot. If we have spaces available you may be allowed to join a later session. This depends on how busy the sessions are and is subject to the discretion of the management.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n            <\/details><details class=\"faqs_item\">\n                <summary class=\"faqs_item_question\">When do I arrive?<\/summary>\n                <div class=\"faqs_item_answer\"><p>We suggest arriving 30 minutes before the session starts.
