\n Can you bounce without a parent or guardian?<\/summary>\n

Guests aged 14 and over can bounce in the park without an adult. However, anyone under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian (18+) before attending. This can be done via our website in advance. The adult does not have to take part in activities but must be present in the building, unless the participant is aged 4 or under, in which case the adult must be a paying participant and supervise the age 4 or under on the park.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n How old do you need to be to bounce?<\/summary>\n

At Jumpin the minimum age to bounce in our main arena on our general sessions is 5 without adult supervision. If your child is toddling, they are welcome to bounce but they must be supervised at all times by a booked, full-paying space; however if you are attending a toddler session, the adult is FREE.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n Does the inflatable theme park contain latex as I am allergic?<\/summary>\n

No. The arena is not made with any latex.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n Are there any height or weight restrictions?<\/summary>\n

There are no height restrictions, however the weight limit for our inflatable theme parks is 21 stones\/133kg per person.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n Is my booking transferable \/ refundable?<\/summary>\n

All bookings with the exception of parties can be moved to another session with no less than 24 hours\u2019 notice. Bookings will only be refunded when 14 days notice is given. You must call us direct or email us to modify or cancel a booking.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n Can I bounce if I am pregnant?<\/summary>\n

Sorry, you cannot bounce if you are pregnant. This is to ensure the safety of the unborn baby and the adult.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n Do you have wheelchair access?<\/summary>\n

Our park has two floors, the ground floor where the inflatable is and the first floor where the Cafe is located. Unfortunately we do not have a lift to access the cafe floor. Although people in wheelchairs can watch from the ground floor and have food\/drink brought to them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n Can I bring my own food?<\/summary>\n

No. Due to health and safety rules in catering we do not allow any food or drinks from outside onto the premises.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n Do you have lockers?<\/summary>\n

Lockers are available. These require \u00a31 to use (but this is returned to you once you are finished using it).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n Do you have parking?<\/summary>\n

Yes we do have on-site parking.
\nWe recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure a smooth experience! Our parking spaces are limited, so giving yourself extra time will help you find a spot without eating into your bounce time. Plus, sign your waiver beforehand to speed up the entry process and avoid queue delays. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n What should I wear?<\/summary>\n

We ask all bouncers to wear comfortable clothes. No clothing should have sharp points such as belt buckles nor should you bring any sharp objects into the arena (jewellery, key chains etc.). This is for your own health and safety.<\/p>\n

You must also wear socks \u2013 they must NOT have grips. It is your responsibility to ensure your entire party has socks with them. Although we do sell them at our reception if you forget.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n Must I sign a waiver?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Everyone must sign a waiver before entering and bouncing at Jumpin. If you are under the age of 18 this must be completed by a parent or guardian. Once a waiver is completed it lasts for 12 months. We strongly recommend you complete a waiver before arrival.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n If I am not bouncing do I have to pay and where will I go?<\/summary>\n

Customers that are not bouncing can enjoy the caf\u00e9 and viewing area located upstairs. There is no charge to spectate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n What happens if I\u2019m late?<\/summary>\n

If you are late you will lose your booked slot. If we have spaces available you may be allowed to join a later session. This depends on how busy the sessions are and is subject to the discretion of the management.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n When do I arrive?<\/summary>\n

We suggest arriving 30 minutes before the session starts. This allows for plenty of time to check in (including signing waivers), especially during Peak times.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/details>

\n Do I need to book in advance?<\/summary>\n
